UNSOUND RESONANCE (2026)

UNSOUND RESONANCE is sound installation of steel and textile based sound sculptures. Extracting hymns from raw industrial steel and mechanical noise from soft fabrics the installation exposes the obscured tensions and hidden dichotomies present in the creation, use and purposing of the materials. The installation contemplates the precariousness of resilience as we navigate the devaluation of work categorized based on the division of gendered labour.
